1) About registration
"We declare that the data serves only the purpose of
identification when purchasing in the company Kúzelný svet, s.r.o. and will not
be disclosed to third parties or otherwise misused. By confirming the
registration, I agree to send tender e-mails from the internet shop of Kúzelný svet, s.r.o .
Orders can be made without registration.
2) Acceptance and execution of the order, purchase contract
The buyer's order is a draft of the purchase contract and
the purchase contract itself is concluded at the moment of delivery of the
binding consent of the buyer and the seller with this proposal (binding
confirmation of the order by the seller). From this point on, mutual rights and
obligations arise between the buyer and the seller.
By concluding the purchase contract, the Buyer confirms that he/she is
familiar with these terms and conditions, including the complaint terms and
conditions, and that he agrees to them. These terms and conditions and the
complaints procedure are made available to the buyer in a sufficient manner by
the actual implementation of the order and has the opportunity to get
acquainted with them.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part of it before the
conclusion of the purchase contract in the following cases: the goods are no
longer produced or delivered or the price of the delivered goods has changed
significantly. In the event that this situation occurs, the seller will
immediately contact the buyer in order to make an agreement on the next course
of action. If the Buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price,
this amount will be transferred back to his account, the Purchase Contract will
not be concluded.
All orders received by this store are binding. The order can be cancelled
before it is dispatched. In the event that the order is not cancelled before
the time of dispatch and is dispatched, the customer may be required to refund
the costs associated with the dispatch of the goods. You are automatically
informed of the receipt of the order by e-mail. In the detail of each product
and in the order confirmation, the delivery time of the goods that was not in
stock is assumed. Each entry shows whether the item is in stock or not. If the
goods are not in the supplier's warehouse or warehouse, we will inform you immediately
of the next delivery date.
Cancellation orders
If you cancel an order within 12 hours, we consider the order to be
cancelled. You can send cancellations by e-mail or by phone. When cancelling an
order, you must provide your name, e-mail and order number.
3) Modes of transport by public carriers:
Personal subscription
The order can be picked up on the same day, provided that the ordered goods
are in stock. In other cases, we will inform you. Orders can be picked up
"working hours", outside this time by agreement.
Goods delivered by courier
Postage, unless otherwise stated, is charged EUR 5.
Transport abroad is calculated individually.
For some particularly non-stacked, heavy or otherwise poorly transportable
products, the price of transport may be increased. The shipping price is
displayed immediately after selecting the modes of transport.
Complaint of the shipment is possible within 3 days of delivery, provided
that the damage was not apparent upon delivery!
Goods delivered by Slovak post - Business package
Postage, unless otherwise stated, is charged EUR 5.
The price does not include any additional services as they are not offered
by the Slovak Post. Until the ordering officer is reached, he/she will receive
a notification of delivery of the shipment to the mailbox. He can pick up the
shipment at the post office or request re-delivery. For these shipments, any
communication with the carrier is not possible and we have no possibility to
influence or closely monitor the shipment. The maximum weight of one package is
10 kg.

displayed immediately after selecting the modes of transport. Complaint of the
shipment is possible only upon receipt!
Attention! If the package is visibly damaged or if the protective tape is
broken, make a complaint directly to the carrier. The supplier shall not be
liable for damages incurred in the event of transport.
The shipment is usually delivered within the second day of dispatch. The
customer is informed by e-mail about the shipment.
4) Warranty
You'll always find a tax document in the package. The
warranty period shall begin to run on the date indicated on the document. The
warranty period is stated for each product in the detail of the goods. In cases
of dispute, the warranty period may be extended by 5 (in the words of five)
days in place of the transport time.
5) Conflict with the purchase contract - general information
In the event that the thing on receipt by the buyer is
not in conformity with the purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as
"conflict with the purchase contract"), the buyer has the right to
have the seller place the goods in the state of the corresponding sales
contract free of charge and without undue delay, at the buyer's request, either
by replacing the goods or repairing it; if such a procedure is not possible,
the buyer may demand a reasonable discount on the price of the case or withdraw
from the contract. This does not apply if the buyer knew or caused the conflict
with the purchase contract himself before taking over the case. A conflict with
a sales contract which manifests itself within six months of the date of
receipt of the case shall be deemed to have already been existing on receipt,
unless this is contrary to the nature of the case or unless it is proved
otherwise.
We provide the warranty period given by law for the goods.
6) Consumer's right to withdraw from the contract
If the sales contract is concluded by means of distance
communication (in an online shop), the consumer has the right to withdraw from
the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In this case, the consumer
will contact the seller and preferably state in writing that he is withdrawing
from the contract, indicating the order number, the date of purchase and the
account number for the refund. The money can also be returned in cash at the
company's headquarters. Withdrawal must be served no later than the last day of
the 14-day period. In specific cases, the repayment period may be extended,
taking into account the circumstances, but not more than 30 days from receipt.
However, that provision of the law cannot be understood as the possibility
of renting goods free of charge. If the consumer enjoys the right of withdrawal
within 14 days of receipt of the performance, the consumer must issue to the
supplier everything he has obtained under the contract of purchase. If this is
no longer possible (e.g. in the meantime the goods have been destroyed or
consumed), the consumer must provide monetary compensation in return for what
can no longer be issued. If the returned goods are damaged only partially, the
seller may claim damages against the consumer and set off his claim for the
refunded purchase price. In such a case, the seller is obliged to prove the
damage suffered. In such a case, the seller shall refund to the consumer only
the purchase price thus reduced.
In addition, the seller may set off his actual costs of returning the goods
(transport costs, etc.) to the purchase price to be refunded to the buyer.
The consumer shall not have the right of withdrawal, in the case of
contracts:
- for the provision of the Services, if their performance was initiated
with their consent before the expiry of a period of 14 days from receipt
of the performance,
- for the supply of goods or services the price of which depends on the
vying of the financial market independently of the will of the seller,
- for the supply of goods adapted to the purchaser's wishes or to his
person, as well as perishable goods, wear and tear or obsolescence,
- for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer programs if
the buyer violates their original packaging,
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines consisting of
a game or lottery.

7) Delivery and delivery terms
Some shipments can be split into multiple packages. Postage remains
unchanged.
We track all shipments until they are delivered, so we try to prevent
problems that arise during delivery.
Here's what to do when you return items:
•Prepare the shipment as described below.
•Send the goods you will send back to the address as described below by
your chosen carrier.
How to prepare a shipment
The consignment must be complete (including accessories and all
documentation) and in the state in which it was taken over at the time of
delivery. Attach a proof of purchase to the item. Always use wrapping paper or
cardboard so that the original packaging cannot be glued, described or
otherwise discarded during transport. Do not send goods on delivery, we
recommend that you insure the goods. The money will be returned to your bank
account (remember to mention it) usually within 3 business days of receiving
the shipment. In case of return of goods, the amount will be reduced by
shipping costs (not valid for complaints!).
8) Methods of payment

10) Complaints
If the goods you received from us are damaged or
malfunctioning, follow the complaints procedure. The return of goods due to
withdrawal is described in point 6. Terms and Conditions.
11) Complaints Procedure
The products covered by the right to claim must be handed over for
assessment as soon as the defect has been detected, clean and with appropriate
documents and a description of the defect and, where appropriate, a designated
place of defect.

Transport is paid for by the seller's party. As soon as you know when and
where we will be able to pick up the shipment, please contact us. The
consignment must be complete (including accessories and all documentation) and
in the state in which it was taken over at the time of delivery. Attach a proof

transport. Do not send items on delivery, in which case the goods will not be
taken over. We recommend that you insure the goods. As soon as you receive the
goods, you will receive a complaint log. The goods must be properly packed for
transport so as not to cause any further damage. Defective or damaged goods
will be exchanged or the purchase price will be refunded. The goods must be
accompanied by all documents received by the purchaser of the goods, i.e. paragon,
warranty card and others. The Seller assumes no liability for damages resulting
from the operation of products, functional properties and damages from improper
use of the products, as well as damages caused by external events and improper
handling. Defects of this origin are also not covered by the guarantee
provided. For hygiene reasons, the goods are accepted only properly cleaned. If
the manufacturer provides a longer warranty, it is indicated for the goods in
the catalogue. For rejected complaints, the costs of complaints and handling
fees may be charged. You will be informed of the handling of the complaint by
e-mail or SMS. As with the delivery of the order, you will be informed of the
shipment of the package and the delivery date. Thank you for the time you spent
